Hi islandboytoo
Welcome to the Community Forums.
Can you advise as to whether you have the standard WSA version, i.e., purchased directly from Webroot or a retailer OTHER than Best Buy or the Best Buy version, as the answer will determine the when the renewal should become visible.

Hi islandboytoo
Thanks for the response.
If you have the Best Buy version then even if you have submitted your renewal, i.e., provided your card details Best Buy will not actually take the payment until the actual date of expiry...and thereafter you will usually have to wait 24-48 hours before the subscription extension becomes visible in the WSA client on your system.
That is because the payment has to go from the Best Buy back office to the Webrrot back office, and the renewed subscription details back again...and I believe that the interfaces are daily batch rather than interactive.
I hope that helps?
