It sounds to me like you purchased your copy from Best Buy..... am I correct?  Best Buy often provides a free 6 month subscription with the purchase of a new device, and that would explain both the 181 days, as well as the name.  The Best Buy Subscription Software version does not have the word "plus" in the name, though the features are essentially identical to the Internet Security Plus version.
