The Internet Security Plus 2016 that I bought does not have any file backup. This is the first time I am trying Webroot and my Norton did have backup. My computer is only for home use. Should I have bought the Internet Security Complete 2016, or am I good with what I bought?

Hi michaelbrian
Welcome to the Community Forums.
What you state is correct...the main difference between Intgernet Security Plus & Complete versions is that the latter has the Backup & Sync feature whilst the former does not.
So if you need that feature you should loook to upgrade to Complete.
Having said that in terms of protection from malware both version offer exactly the same level of protection, as does the Anti Virus version...so in terms of keep you safe and keeping the nasties out you are well set with either of the versions.
Hope that helps?

Hi michaelbrian
You are most welcome, glad to be of assistance.
Perhaps when you renewal comes up you might take a look at the Complete version and see what the cost of renewing and upgrading to it at the same time? ;)
