Trouble establishing account.

I keep getting a message to activate my account via an email link,but I have yet to get that email. I've triple-checked that they have the correct email addy,and I have seen nothing in my Spam folder. What gives? Everything was going so smoothly until this glitch.

May I ask where you have purchased WSA from?  Was it a Best Buy purchase or from
If it is the former then you should contact Best Buy with the issue and they should sort it out for you.  If the latter then you should Open a Support Ticket to report the issue to the Support Team, who should be able to assist with the issue.
