Sorry...new to this but I have trying to set up the password manager on the WSA website and for the past 12 hours,

the icon just says "preparing" and  "Your Passwords account is being prepared. This should be available shortly."  I don't think

anything is happening.

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

We have had a number of instances of this and in all cases the advise is that you Open a Support Ticket to let the Support Team know, and then the can investigate the issue. The Password Manager data & systems are mainly Cloud based and we in the Community Gave no access to this...so your best bet is the Support Ticket.

 

Do let us know what they come back to you with as adn when you open the ticket.
