We have a new computer that won't connect to the internet, all the other computers connect just fine. If it ever does connect it says that it's a "limited connection."

Hello iamsandra, welcome to the Webroot Commuinty!
Have you tried to 'power cycle' your internet modem and any WiFi routers that you have? This is easy to do, simply unplug them from power, count to 10, and then plug them back in. It will usually take a few minutes for them to complete self diagnostics and reconnect to the internet, so once you have them plugged back in just relax for about 5 minutes.
Once they have rebooted and you waited that 5 minutes, try to connect again. My own internet connected devices get this error from time to time and a simple power cycle of my WiFi router fixes it a vast majority of the time.
