we just purchased the webroot and says firewall is expired keep getting warning pop ups about

Welcome to the Community Forums.
I have never heard of the WSA Firewall component ONLY expiring. Are you sure that that it is the Firewal and not WSA entirely for which the subscription has expired?
Alos can you click on the PC Security tab in the main panel to reveal the status of the Realtime Shield, Web Shiled AND Firewall, and check that the Firewall component shows as 'ON'. If it is not then try changing the slider so that it is 'ON'.
And the post back on this and withthe answers re. the aforerequested questions, and we wil see what more we can do to help based on the replies.
