Just loaded WSA today. I use chrome, and most web pages are loading OK (a little slow), but ESPN will not load. Any suggestions?

Hello pghoffman,
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
Try to remove you cookies and cache files in Chrome. (https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95582) and see if you can load ESPN. After you clean your cookies and cache, close and reopen your browser
Webroot shouldn't be slowing down Chrome that much. If you need to sometimes a uninstall/reinstall of Webroot might help?
Please follow the steps closely!
Thanks,

- Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example: SA69-AAAA-A783-DE78-XXXX
- KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
- Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE) Let us know if it is the Mac version you need.
- Uninstall WSA and Reboot
- Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
- Let it finish it's install scan
- Reboot once again
Thanks,
Sherry, I followed all those instructions, reloaded the program, etc.
The problem is still there - most web pages are loading fine, even some which are data intensive. But the ESPN webpage still does not open. Are the Webroot filters causing an issue?

Hi pghoffman,
Sorry to hear nothing has helped this issue. I am not having this occur when i try to open ESPN on my systems using Chrome. So I am not sure if it's the Webfilters. You can disable the Webfilter and then see if you can get on ESPN. And if you reinstalled Webroot with no avail... Edit: Can you see what version of WR Webfilter that you have? You can get the latest Webfillter here
Then my best advice would be to Submit a Support Ticket and have them take a look. This s a free service with your Webroot subscription.
Please let us know how it goes.
