webpage keeps refreshing but only on one site I visit daily. Any suggestions on how to stop this?

I recently got Webroot SecureAnywhere on my PC'S but this only happens on my HP laptop. I visit daily a survey site where I can also listen to internet radio to earn money where every 30 min a captcha pops up which I need to fill in. The last couple of days, the page freshes & the captcha never shows. I've tried using IE but it does the same thing.
 
Any suggestions? My Firefox is up to date.
