I purchased SecureAnywhere for my laptop yesterday. It performed a scan, the icon is displayed in my system tray and I thought all was well. Today, I just received an email asking me to set up an account, which I did. However, it shows "0 PCs protected". Is my laptop not protected? Help.

This was a fairly common inquiry I got in Tech Support.
Because your account was just created today, it will take a few hours for any PC's to show up in your Online Console. I always told people 24-48 hours, but it normally should sync up much quicker than that.
If by some anomaly the PC doesn't reflect in the Online Console by Thursday, feel free to reach out to our Support Team directly:
