More than one month ago I contacted Webroot to request assistance. I sent a photograph of my package because the first two numbers of the keycode are illegible. I purchased the antivirus protection at a Best Buy store in the New York.
I called several times and was never connected to an operator. I have sent multiple emails with no response.
Please advise.
I have the original box with the member number.
