I have a user who has forgotten how he answered his security question.  He knows the answer but nothing he enters will work.  He has tried multiple time with and without capital letters and nothing is working for him.  I don't see anyway to edit or even look up the information for him.  Other than adding someone as a user of one of the computers that is covered by my subscription, I don't see any other administrative uses or duties.

Welcome to the Community Forum.

 

The user should log into the relevant Console Account and click on the 'Can't log in?' to the right of the Login button. And on the next page displayed there are options to reset Password, and Security Code.  Use the appropriate one to carry out the required reset.

 

Give that a try and let us know if that resolves the issue for the person concerned.
