Hello RP423
Welcome to the Webroot Community,
I have done some research and I am not finding much information about this error code.
My best advice would be to Submit a Support Ticket which is free of charge with an active Webroot subscription. They will gladly check this out for you.

Hi RP423
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I don't want to alarm you but please follow Sherry's advice on this as the error code you mention has been linked to a phishing domain which harasses users with spam popup messages to sell rogueware or fake tech service to the victims. I say has been linked because this is only the case if you get the popup messages rather than just the normal BSOD blue screen.
Either way, it is something that is be left to be investigated by the professioanls of the Support Team...but don't delay in getting them on the case...in case it is something nefarious.
Regards, Baldrick
