Hey there Foothills and welcome to the Community Forums.
I am just wondering, are these popups only when you are using you browser or do you get them regardless?
I am going to put my kneck on the line here and assume that they are just in your browser. If so the best thing to do is get a popup blocker as a plugin for your browser or an extension.
There are many different types of popup blockers you can find with a quick google search but I tend to hear a lot of good thing about uBlock Origin. It works with both Chrome and Firefox. Once installed and you have restarted your browser it should start to work instantly and remove these "Computer is locked" messages you are getting.
Hope this helps, but if you need anything, please feel free to get back to us.
All the best.
Brad.
