When I try to download my new webroot security purchase, my old one pops up when I hit run...why is

Do you have a new keycode or did you renew? If you do a clean reinstall and uninstall right now you will loose your 4 days.
 
Did you want to install your new Webroot now? I can help you do a clean reinstall if you want.

Please Contact Support free of charge because your Passwords need to be switched over from your old keycode to your new
 
keycode in order to save your passwords, (with the new keycode).
 EDIT
Also one more thing to add is there's no need to install WSA again because the only difference is the keycode and that will turn on the features of WSA Internet Security Plus. Its all the same download for all installs of WSA.
 
 
So please issue that ticket right away and I believe they can also add the remaining 4 days to your Webroot.
