I can't download any new games, and in e-mail if there is a pdf security bars that as well. Is there an easy solution to this?

Could you explain what you mean by '"can't"? Do you initiate the download and get a message to say there is an issue? If so could you describe the message & it's wording so we can assess where it comes from?
Or do you just click on the download link and nothing happens?
