I have noticed over the past two weeks my email, and forums have been held from loading by the message "waiting for Webroot Filtering"  Sometimes this goes on not for seconds, but for several minuits.  Every day I get messages from photography forums I subscribe to, and when I click on a message I have to wait for webroot to allow the message to be displayed.  Today, I got the message, left the message to load, went to my kitchen to eat breakfast, and when returning 15 minutes later I found I'm still waiting.  I'm paying for this service, and expect it to be much better.
