Is your password being rejected when you try to sign-in by clicking on the Password Manager icon in your browser?

Have you created your online Webroot account which logs you into your Web Console?

 

The password for Password Manager will be same as password for Web Console.

 

If you are still having issues then please submit a trouble ticket so support can take a look for you. This is a free service with a Webroot subscription.
