Add the ability to archive deleted targets (users) so that you have a history and can reactivate if needed.
Thanks for suggesting this. We have indeed been considering the ability to archive / soft delete targets. Can you describe your scenario for using this or when you wished you had this? For example, you deleted a target because an employee left the organization, but then returned?

We thought of the case where someone is terminated and rehired but also if we accidently delete a user/target, we want to be able to easily reinstate without having to comb through spreadsheets to see if the email was once in the system.
This request goes along with another request to see statistics per user/target on a summary page. We would like to have history of everything the user does in the SAT for analysis.
