Hi Dan,
I hope you are well. I will be watching this forum closely.
Thanks
Dean
Hi Dan,
i'm very interested in Security Awareness Traing because i thing it's a strategic security tools, by covering the human side of malware threating.
Thanks,
Andrea R.
I think this is already in the roadmap, but I need templates that can be re-used for different organizations.
hey dan, everyone needs SAT just hard to get the buy in from customers
I'd really like to see Webroot add more 'in depth' training content like KnowBe4. This is one area where KnowBe4 has the upper hand. Their content is very diverse and covers a large area of security topics. I'm not referring to HIPAA, GDPR and PCI as such, but rather more content that specifically train users to be 'security smart' in regards to different security threats and how to deal with it. Just have a look at their Category list!:

I'll be honest, this has been a deal breaker for me, which his why I haven't switched to Webroot SAT as yet, but sitting on the fence waiting to see what Webroot will do in terms of better content. I haven't switched to KnowBe4 either as I'd like to be loyal to Webroot and would prefer everything in one place, but I'm wavering. Perhaps Webroot needs to do what KnowBe4 has done, and acquire another Company out there that specialises in this type of content. Something to consider...
I would second what remote-it has said above. Webroot content is way behind knowbe4, but since I am still struggling to get clients to use any content, I am happy currently with what is available and am assuming new content will be added over time. But being able to assign a specific content training to follow up on a specific issue or incident would be very valuable. Also, is there an ability to add customized training/content in any way?
I'd like to see some better reporting; we want to send reports after each campaign however the pie charts and CSV exports are not that great to send over without all the context so we have built this into a Word template and then export the data into it.
Anything that could produce a more user friendly report would be ideal.
Agree that more courses should be added on a regular basis. We do like the program feature though!
regular updtes would be great
Hi Dan,
Whats the durrent list of domains that don't get auto blocked by firefox and chrome when the "really clever" users click through?
As we get started with the Webroot SAT product, I'll be watching this space for tips/tricks/pitfalls from everyone who is going before me... 🙂
I agree with others we need more and better content. We too are having trouble getting customers to accept the cost for each person who is get training as we have a number of NPO who are on very tight budgets but would love to have something like this. Also agree we need much better and simpler reporting.
I need some guidance. I hope this is the right place. Let me know if otherwise
.
I just started a Security Awareness Campaign for one of my customers. One of the users, did something I didn't anticipate. She received her 1st phishing email through the campaign & forwarded it to me. She asked me if it was SPAM.
How should I respond to her
?
