Bought VPN, unable to login

I purchased and installed the Windows version of VPN Wifi and cannot login.  This is NOT the Beta version. I also did the steps in the email including registration and I do see reference to the Wifi product on my Webroot Security dashboard, I have tried the password used when buying Wifi and the password used when buying Internet Security, any help is appreciated.

If you haven't contacted support already please check your email inbox (and spam folder, just in case) of the email address you purchased WiFi Security with. There should have been an email verification link emailed to you when you created your account (the point at which you provided your email address and password) and you will need to verify your email address by clicking on that link before you can log in.
