Cannot connect

I too am now having ‘VPN not connecting’ error.  Running  I uninstalled/reinstalled/rebooted.  No change,  Message is “connection failure” on the pink band at top of the “Connect” green screen.  Using ‘Automatic Location’.  OS is Windows 10.  Haven’t tried the Android version lately.  Ideas?
