Keeps shutting down Internet connectivity by this title, DNS server not responding, message.

I’m sorry you’re having trouble connecting to the internet when using WiFi security. This particular product is very difficult for anyone on the forums to troubleshoot. Your best bet is to contact our SUPPORT TEAM - they have the tools to look at your account and make some adjustments in the back-end.
