My WiFi Security program starts and runs fine, but when I try to disconnect, I see a message that says “Failed to disconnect from mmy current VPN connection]”.  i tried uninstalling/reinstalling the program and it had no effect.

The best thing to do is contact Webroot Support because I don’t know if anyone from the Wi-Fi VPN team is on the Community.
