I just renewed my Webroot Internet Security, during renewal purchased WiFi Security for the first time. Trying to install WiFi Security on Windows 10 PC and iPad Pro, but login fails and says try again later.

Hello @smichels

It’s best to contact Webroot WiFi Support: https://mysupport.webrootanywhere.com/supportwelcome.aspx?source=webrootwifisecurity

Or if you want you can call during the week: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/support/contact

Note:

Webroot®️ WiFi Security + Virus Protection

The WiFi Security VPN and antivirus protection go hand in hand. To stay safe online, you need both. One protects your devices, one protects your connection, and both work together to give you security and privacy as you work, share, bank, and browse.

Unity API

WiFi Security

Thanks,

@smichels Apologies for the inconvenience here - I have looked into your account and you were doing exactly the right thing but due to a new error introduced as part of another system release last week it hasn’t been possible to add WiFi Security to existing accounts for the past few days. The fix has already been developed and is in testing, it has been slightly delayed due to the Easter weekend, but should be available in Production shortly.

I will notify you when the fix is available and this should allow you to add WiFi Security to your account and login. Please follow the instructions in your email receipts to add WiFi Security at that time.

Users who have already added WiFi Security to their account or are creating an account for the first time are unaffected.

@smichels and anyone else who was affected by this issue, the fix has now been released and you should be able to add WiFi Security to your account as normal.

Apologies once again for the inconvenience with this.
