I renewed my WiFi Security on January 12, 2022.  I downloaded the renewal software several times.  The old subscripton expired on February 10, 2022.  Now when I try to connect the red connect box just says “renew” and won’t connect.  I purchased a Secure Anywhere renewal at the same time and got one keycode for both products.  How do I get WiFi Security to accept my new subscription and connect again?  Bill P
