Selecting covered devices.

I have License for 5 devices.  When I try to add my laptop to the list, I get a message to log out of Wifi Security on one of my devices.  I have knowledge of 4 devices that are covered, but not 5.  How do I identify the 5th device I would like to disable and switch to my laptop.  I question whether ir is one of the two machines I have had to replace in the last 5 months.
