I noticed on the download site that Webroot Wifi Security is listed as not compatible with Windows 8. I didn't notice this exclusion when I first downloaded the software. Is this correct? Could this be why I can no longer access my software either on my phone or PC? Support told me to ignore that information. There is no compatibility issue.
