I have downloaded & Installed Webroot Wifi Security to all my Apple devises.

 

I now installed it to my PC. It would not let me sign-in. So I tried to register it. It would not let me use the user name I had for my other devices. Made me register it with my e-mail address. Would not send me a verification e-mail. Said I already had my address registered. (Yes, with my Anywhere acct,). When I logged into my tablet it had changed my user name to my e-mail address.

 

I can log in to my Apple devices but not my Mcrosoft 7 PC.

 

How do I solve this problem?

Did you purchase for 3 or 5 devices? That could be the issue: https://www.webroot.com/us/en/home/products/vpn-wifi-security

 

To make sure you can Submit a Support Ticket and ask them directly!

filled out a support ticket and the response gave me a link to confirm my credentials. I did and got it working on my PC.
