My WiFi Security will not connect when prompted.  I have logged out and logged in with no change.  Have also restarted my laptop no change in status. 

Help me with this problem, please.

@stude34 I have checked your account which looks fine - just to be sure I have resynced it to make sure you license is up to date.

Are you still not able to connect? Is this just on Automatic or also when you try specific endpoints in specific countries? Which countries are you and aren’t you able to connect to?
