VPN not connecting, it says that I do not have an internet connection and has for some time now.  I call Webroot and he said that they are having problems with VPN and would put me on the list to get updates when problem resolved.  This has been some time ago and I still have not gotten any updated information. What is going on???

Any issues with Wi-Fi VPN must go through Webroot support directly as in most cases it’s a back-end issue.
