The wifi security will not connect, shows connection failure, this is not what i paid for, please fix or give me my money back!

Unfortunately, issues with WiFi security are particularly difficult to troubleshoot for anyone outside of the support team. This is because they have far more tools available to diagnose the issue. Please reach out to them via ticket or phone at your earliest convenience.
