Yea I understand and we have told the Webroot Community staff when Drew was Community Manager that this forum software sucked as some of us got to test it before it went live 3 to 4 years ago but he wouldn’t listen to us so were stuck with it for a few more years (Contract) At the start in 2012 they were using Lithium Forum Software which is now Khoros Forum Software: https://khoros.com/platform/communities which was better in our opinion.

I’d like to say I’d get used to it. But I have seen worse., but this one is right near the top of poor design.

WOW! While I expected to get this eventually, I really thought it was quite a while away still. Thank you SO much @ !!!
The only problem now: in order to be worth of this, I am going to have to work even harder to provide as quality a level of help as I possibly can! (I think I an handle that..)
