I'm on a 150/15 Plan on Cable so tell us about yours! My results are via 5G Wireless connection.

This is my fast year. (I do a year of 50/8 for $40/year [Bonus 75/10 promo, right now] and then a year of 25/5 for $25/year, just to keep getting the good promo rates.)

This is with the 25/5 plan I have now. I switch between that plan and the 50/10 plan every 6 months, so I can keep getting the "Promotional" rate. $24.99 for 25/5, $44.99 for the 50/10 (Comcast is giving 50/10 customers 75/15 speed currently as a promo.)
 
Holy crap! ? must have fiber-optic or work at a university or something. Those speeds are incredible. Comcast says they'll be offering a 1GB plan soon to residential customers in certain areas. ?'s speeds are nothing to scoff at either. 🙂

His is running a bit fast and mine is running very slow today. 😞 But hey, work pays for it, so I can't complain too much. I'll have to do some diagnostics on it to see why it's running slow though. :

More speed is good.
 
Okay, I installed the lasers and stuff and broke the speed test until I went into the computer and changed the SFP+ link to 20% of its full capacity. So I took the speed test with the SPF at 20% nd set it back to full speed thereafter and have a nice day. 😛 XD

Just to put this into perspective for any members who are not too old to remember. When one of the Service Packs came out for XP I downloaded it over the internet and it was a whopping 900MB (I think it was something like but not 100% sure), it took me 9 hours to download it. Things have changed a lot since then.

That is some 17 times faster download than the best I can get in my locality...perhaps I should move to Canada for a faster online experience...thatis assuming that they would allow this old goat in...;)

Here's a Speedtest from this morning at the Office. I'd like to think the decrease in speed since Nic's post was from how much we've grown since then :catwink:
 
I get about 13Mb/s at my Place since it's zoned as a "Commercial Address" and I have to have CenturyLink Business:catsad:

I had to downgrade my internet ...it might be time to upgrade it again....
