I have an agent that isn't showing up in the WebRoot Console even after uninstalling and reinstalling using the *.msi or *.exe or *.exe -clone installation methods.

 

I can't manage the agent. 

 

How can I find this agent so that I can manage it and associate the proper policy with it?

Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

Are you by any chance running the Business (Endpoint Security) version of WSA?  If you are then you have posted in the Home section of the Community which does not usually cover issues with your version.

 

I can move this to the 'appropriate' Forum is you would like that...just let me know.

It does look like it is the business version so I moved it.



If it's not showing up in the console then I'd say contact support so they can grab the logs and find out why it's not reporting in. Often it's firewall issues, but if this is the only machine on your network not reporting in then it might be something else.
