We are a Computer Software house and have been trialling Webroot Endpoint Protection.
One of our pieces of software 'exe' is being blocked by Webroot and it kills it being able to start up.
If I click the allow tab under control active processes it lets it load up fine.
Is there a way to allow this process on a global level through our Global Control Console? We are going to become a reseller and will be selling the product onto our end users who also use our 'exe'.
Thanks

You certainly can - there's an Overrides tab on both the individual sites and on the global site manager where you can put in the MD5. Although the easiest thing to do is submit a ticket to have it whitelisted on our end in our database. That way you don't have to worry about managing it.
