The chart shows that I have 30 unmanaged agents, but when I check the agents that are listed they are in a managed policy. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hello ?
I would advise contacting our support team about this so they can investigate the cause of this issue for you.
You can either reach them by phone at 1-800-870-8102 or create a support ticket at https://detail.webrootanywhere.com/servicewelcome.asp.
I would advise creating the support ticket, that way they can gather logs from one of the affected machines immediately and then provide a callback if needed to resolve this for you.

? I have a support case open, 38803. They are sending to backend team to investigate the issue, but this is something that has been ongoing for weeks.
Let me see if I can get some more information on this and help move it along.
The team has reached back out to you regarding this case, so take a look at their questions when you have a chance. It sounds like this is a bit more complicated, so they will continue working with you through the ticketing system to get it resolved.
