📢 What’s New? Coming at the end of this month, isolation will now available for your Mac endpoints! With this update, Mac systems will need new permissions.

🖥️ What’s Changing? Starting with version 9.6.4, you will need to grant System Extension and Network Filter permissions on Mac endpoints. This is required for full functionality of the device isolation feature.

Thanks for the update. A few questions:

What OS’s will the 9.6.4 MAC Agent support?
Will the agent upgrade automatically?
If/when the agent upgrades, will users be prompted and guided  through the additional permissions?

Regards
John H

I found my agent is not upgrade automatically, needed to reinstall.

About the additional permissions, I already set Webroot with full disk access and local network, but anytime reopening Webroot, the install system extension dialog appears again. I am on Mac Sequoia 15.1

On another Mac 14.6.1, the agent was upgraded successfully. Not sure if it’s because of the OS or something else.

It would be good for Webroot to update the supported OS here. If I remember correctly, Webroot supports for the latest 3 OS releases, and Ventura is definitely not the latest MacOS. Or might be write down in the release note of each version here?
