Hello there,

I am new to OpenText Cybersecurity solutions and am looking for some guidance on best practices for implementing these tools in a hybrid IT environment. Our organization is currently transitioning to a mix of on premises and cloud based systems; and we are particularly interested; in leveraging OpenText's solutions for data protection; threat detection; and response.

What are the best practices for integrating OpenText's cybersecurity solutions with existing on-premises infrastructure and cloud platforms? Are there any common challenges or pitfalls that I should be aware of during this process?🤔

How does OpenText support data protection; especially with regard to regulatory compliance? Are there particular features or modules that are particularly beneficial in ensuring compliance across hybrid environments?🤔

Could anyone share experiences or recommendations on using OpenText's tools for incident response? I am interested in understanding how these solutions can help in early threat detection and effective response; especially in a diverse IT landscape.

Also; I have gone through this post; https://blogs.opentext.com/enhancing-security-power-bi-operations-with-opentext-cybersecurity-services/  which definitely helped me out a lot.

What strategies have you found effective in training staff and ensuring adoption of these tools across the organization?

Thank you in advance for your help and assistance.😇

Hi @Clauseee

As @TripleHelix said, speaking with a Sales Engineer would be the best option here. They can guide you through the process.

Have a great weekend.
