Hi All, new to the forum.

 

Yesterday we received an endpoint install notification for a client that already had Webroot installed on it. I remoted in to the client and there was no issues with webroot whatsoever, so it is a mystery to me as to why we would receive an install notification.

 

Could this have been caused by an update, or has anybody else seen this before?

Do you happen to have the exact text of the message (or a screenshot)?
It was probably an update; a new endpoint was released this week.
