Over the past 2 days, several of my techs have been kicked out of the Webroot web console, seemingly for no reason.

 

Their credentials no longer work, so they try the "forgot password" link, go through the options to reset their password, but they never get the email to reset.  Something isn't right.

 

Also, as the global admin, I can't reset other admins passwords either.  I guess that's never been a feature?

 

Anyway, we're dead in the water here.  Yesterday we had to basically delete an admin and add it back again in order to get my tech access to the console.
There were some issues with the console again recently. Go ahead and contact support so they can get it documented that people are still having issues. Sorry for the inconvenience!
