I have several endpoints that I ran in silent audit to find the undetermined software. I then went in and classified items in the list as good/bad. However as time goes on those classified items still show in the list, on clients and new endpoints. How do I manage this in a way that is not going to require me to make another spreadsheet on my end?

Probably the easiest thing to do is contact our support team and they can whitelist those unknowns in our database. That way you don't have to manage anything. Just put in a ticket with the details of the software:
