I installed Webroot on an XP computer & the icon shows on the system tray, but when i log in to the console, it does not show up there. Help please...

It could take up to an hour for it to show up on the online console make sure to do a couple Scans so it contacts the Cloud.

Hi & thanks for the reply! I have run a few scans on the 2 XP computers I installed Webroot on, as well as refreshed the configuration... no luck - the console still does not see them.
Then please Submit a Support Ticket and they will get it sorted for you!
