I am currently using LabTech RMM and WebRoot SecureAnywhere in GSM mode.

I have a customer that wants the ability to block categories of sites for particular machines. In other words, when nobody is around, they don't want their users to be surfing porn on the in-house computer.

Is there a way to block certain categories of web sites, and if so, is there a way to apply that rule at a granular level, and (sorry) is there a way to over-ride specific sites that may be blacklisted but we would like to provide access to?

Thanks in advance. Sorry if it's a newbie question, but I search and couldn't find the answer and have only been working with it for a short time.

You'll want to look at our Web Security Service for that sort of ability.  It has categories of websites that are allowed and not allowed that you can set.  It's a full proxy that is locked down on the client, so that even if you have a sales person on the road, or an employee's kid playing with the work computer, it still won't let them to forbidden sites no matter what network they are on:
