I have a few clients where the folder C:ProgramDataWRData takes a huge amount of diskspace. Is it possible to shrink/delete those files?

The short asnwer is yes. There are two caveats. 1) Some files will be locked and not able to delete because they're "busy" which will indicate that the WSAB agent is writing into them and/or using them while monitoring an "unknown" process. 2) Once the agent has changed the determination of an unknown, the corresponding .DB file that the agent uses can be deleted. However, the agent does clean these up after a 30 day period.
The good news again is, if the files are not tied up, then they can be deleted manually, through a script or some other mechanism. There are no ramifications what so ever.
Hope that helps.
