Our QA staff uses a program caled AutoIT to generate testing scripts which are then converted into executables that they can run rapidly.  They store these one both their local machines and network shares.  Lately Webroot has started tagging each of these executables as malicious even though we know they are fine.  We can't easily make and exception for these every time they generate a new one, so we want to stop Webroot from processing anything in the directory they are housed in.
There isn't yet, but it is on the way.  Go ahead and contact support though, as in the meantime they might be able to create a rule to whitelist all of those new scripts.
