We have a critical site that all employees at all locations use. In order for us to connect to the site and have it function we have to add it to trusted sites in IE and give it low security settings.
Now that I'm testing Webroot as a new antivirus solution it seems to be interfering with that one site. I noticed that identity shield is active while visiting and seeing as that's the only recent change to the system it seems to be blocking some of the scripts for form submissions and things like that.
Can't seem to find any type of white list capability. Looks like I might be able to whitelist IE as an application, but I'd rather not do that since we only need 1 site to have no restrictions

Hello @ ,
Welcome to the Webroot Community!
I apologize for the issue that you are experiencing.
I would advise disabling the Identity shield temporarily and then testing to see if you are still blocked when interacting with the site in question.
If it works OK with the Identity Shield off then we know that is the issue, if it does not, then it would be caused by something else.
Please give this a shot and let me know what the results are.
Best Regards,
