Hi all.
First time post but I have an issue I cant quite put my get my head around,
I do IT Support for a Enginerring firm and have Installed Webroot onto every PC and server we have running here. My problem seems to be that Webroot stops communicating with the outside world and eventually the PCs will show " Not seen recently" in the Web Console. When this happens they will always show a outdated version.
Sometimes it stop scanning the PC, sometimes it dosent.
Using the 'Refresh Configuration" on the Tray Icon will result in a message saying that Webroot is up to date ( even though it is not)
I dosent seem to be specific to any one computer and seems to happpen at random intervals and seems to mainly afftect Windows 7 PCs, although it has happened on a 2012 Server as well.
Another issue I have is with a different company we do work for.
We made 6 new Virtual servers for them running Windows 2012 R2. On each of these Servers we installed Webroot and they have never appeared in the Web Console.
Any Ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

It's a known and intermittent issue that we're having trouble reproducing so that we can fix it. Can you please open a support ticket and bring it to the attention of @ - he's gathering data to give to the dev folks:

Yes, please open a ticket though the support channel. You're welcome to put "Attention: Johnny" in the message. I'll also look into the machines not showing in the account, please let me know the hostnames of the VM's when you open the ticket.
Same issue here ...
And the number of hosts that are "not seen recently" is increasing .
