Good Afternoon,

I am simply looking to enable the ability to manage a computers quarantine locally from the Webroot Secure Anywhere agent. When attempting to restore a, known good, quarantined item, i am directed to the server console to do so, which can consume more time than expected trying to unquarantine said file. Is there a setting in the console policy that will allow a user to unquarantine a file that has been auto quarantined?

I understand that an erroneously detected threat can be whitelisted/added exception, but i would like this to be managable locally so that a fix can be immediately implemented, and the exception can be added as a later point in time.

Thank you!
Unfortunately the only way to do this is to set the endpoint to unmanaged, which probably isn't the best way of doing things.
