Hello, we see this file at a site or two, on all workstations, possibly related to some program updates.
1.) How can we identify these and trust/allow or deny?

You should be able to put overrides in the console, although you'll want to make sure those are legitimate for sure. If you're in doubt you can contact support and they can double-check for you.
Are you sure?
Thefile name can identify the application as safe / prohibited, but not as the allow / protected in the module ident shield.
